Monarch Mag Viral DNA/RNA Extraction Kit allows for dependable and efficient purification of viral genetic material through a process that utilises magnetic beads.

Intended for the contactless retrieval of viral DNA and/or RNA.

Employs magnetic bead-based techniques. Capable of being used with both manual and automated high-throughput processes on a range of instrument platforms, including KingFisher® Flex, Agilent® Bravo®, MGISP® liquid handlers, and others.

Examined for both saliva and respiratory swab samples. Capable of being used with wastewater samples, after enrichment stages (not included).

Appropriate for quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR)/reverse transcription qPCR (RT-qPCR), droplet digital PCR (ddPCR), library preparation for sequencing/next-generation sequencing (NGS), and other subsequent procedures.

Contains carrier RNA to enhance the detection sensitivity in RNA-based amplification procedures.
